The owner complained that I brought the equipment there without a reservation. I explained to him that I didn't know were to drop off because I have never been in that area before. I was in a hurry and he just continued to complain. I asked him if I needed to sign anything for the return and he said â€œNoâ€. I asked if any paperwork needed to be done. He said â€œ I just have to check it inâ€. I asked if he could go ahead and do that because I was in a hurry. He gets upset and yells that I can take it to another location because he didn't have to take it because it wasn't scheduled to be dropped off there. I didn't say anything at that time. He finished checking the equipment in and I got the confirmation email. I told him that he needed to be more professional and nice to people. He starts yelling and tells me that he was going to reissue the equipment to me and I could take it somewhere else. The situation got heated for about 5-8 minutes. I tried to walk out of the store several times but the owner decided to continue the argument by running his mouth. I will never use the Uhaul company again. I have always used uhaul and never been treated like that. It's safe to assume that I'm not the only customer that he has done this too.Jeremy O.
The staging area this trailer was in was not good, actually tripped over a stump that was covered in weeds while trying to capture pictures of condition. Will end up going and have xrays done on my shoulder that was injured. I actually had to help this person pick up trailer to get it hooked up. This was don prior to me tripping.Joe P.

I tried to go to another location first, but the office was closed even though it was listed open online, There was quite a bit of tension at this drop off. They were going charge me for another day because I didn't have the trailer back by 9:00 am, but we got that worked out. Then the fella they had working security, almost like a bouncer at a bar was making snarky comments and made the entire transaction uncomfortable. When we disconnected the trailer from my vehicle, he stepped between the trailer and my van then told me to pull forward. I let him know I wasn't moving my vehicle until he was no longer between the trailer and my van. Very frustrating.VICTORIA C.

The location was 20 min away in a different city. I do not understand why I Uhaul sent me to this location. I submitted it with 1 fraction less than half gas, like I received the truck, but was charged $17 because it was not at half, despite me having picked up the truck with less than half gas. I had no choice but to rent the tow dolly...it was unsafe..broken ratchet..bad experience..dealer from India...could not communicate well..storm had caused limited internet..john W.

There was a problem with the truck. For the first half of the day, the brake light on the dashboard flashed and a bell dinged every time I made a left-hand turn. By the end of the day, it was happening constantly. I don't know what this meant, but presumed, based on experience with my own truck, that the brake fluid was low. Brakes worked OK, in spite of this.Gerald L.
The tow dolly was missing a part that held the ramp in place. Service was slow and information was input invoice toy resulting in us initially being told we could not use the tow dolly. It's extremely difficult, even with the assistance of various employees at your main line, to locate a location with the needed equipment. It's extremely time consuming to go through the entire reservation process just to see what's available. Your phone app doesn't allow you to view locations on a map. Your location search should allow you to find locations along a particular route instead of a radial search.THOMAS M.

Very helpful man and quickly did all the paperwork. I do have a major complaint about Uhaul. Made the reservation online and Uhaul never followed thru. No phone call to confirm pick up location. When I went to the place I had as the pick up point I was sent to another dealer across town. Upon getting to the dealer, he was closed for the weekend. Why would you send a customer to a closed location. Needless to say, I already wasted an hour and called Uhaul. The woman on the phone was very helpful and found the dealer that I ultimately went to. The operator was very helpful. I feel like someone at corporate just checked a box, didn't follow thru and just did a sloppy job. I know I will not rent from Uhaul again, this has happened 2 times in this town. Maybe if uhaul as a corporation was more conserved about customer satisfaction and offering a professional and competent experience I would not be saying what I am saying.DANIEL B.

I was overcharged I ordered a 17 ft truck at $129 and 14 safe move when I went to pick it up I was given at 20 ft truck at $149 I had no other choice but it take it. I have my printed out confirmation for a 17 ft truck will not use UHAUL again at this location also agent was very slow.MARILYN M.

simplify cash out, cashier commented on how complicated it was and it did take a while. Other than that, maybe come up with a standard rate rental that covers any mileage or at least a range, my $19.95 rental cost $73.00. It would be nice to know ahead of time exactly how much it will cost.Jeff H.
