Improve Uhaul and partner communication, have a secure parking area for vehicles left, give more accurate quote in app prior to purchase, when giving a Uhaul rental out, have a full gas tank or at least halfway instead of below 1/4th, provide a detailed invoice to partner when prompted for payment so that the customer can see what they're paying for, give better communication to clients
