The whole experience with U-Haul was not good. They originally had me go to a place that was far from my home. Only to get there and they were closed. Then they wanted me to go to another far out place to get a truck. I asked for something closer. Nothing was explained to me about the mileage rate.So of course I was surprised when I saw my bill which I thought was crazy for charging me for doing my own moving fee 🤔 Communication is the key 🔑

The place I picked it up at was great. The UHaul app didn’t work real good. I tried uploading a picture but the app wouldn’t allow me to upload it. I did take a picture but it wouldn’t download. Everything else was smooth.

Charon Gi had to wait 47 min. At Pick up location due to the person uncharged to open the gate was “couple minutes late”.
