i had to wait 47 min. At Pick up location due to the person uncharged to open the gate was “couple minutes late”.

Jill EI had to pay for 5 days rental when I only needed 3 days, I was told when I return the rental at my destination that I would be reinbursed 2 days rental fee. they would not honor that at the drop off point!
JOHN DImprove Uhaul and partner communication, have a secure parking area for vehicles left, give more accurate quote in app prior to purchase, when giving a Uhaul rental out, have a full gas tank or at least halfway instead of below 1/4th, provide a detailed invoice to partner when prompted for payment so that the customer can see what they're paying for, give better communication to clients
