The place I picked it up at was great. The UHaul app didn’t work real good. I tried uploading a picture but the app wouldn’t allow me to upload it. I did take a picture but it wouldn’t download. Everything else was smooth.

I had a very good experience.
Charon Gi had to wait 47 min. At Pick up location due to the person uncharged to open the gate was “couple minutes late”.

Jill EI had to pay for 5 days rental when I only needed 3 days, I was told when I return the rental at my destination that I would be reinbursed 2 days rental fee. they would not honor that at the drop off point!
