Got the gas low talked to the return shop employee he told me it’s fine to return it where it was since that’s where I got it at.

I didn’t select this location initially - the truck I reserved was not available at the one I chose, so my pickup location was changed to this one - and I cannot in good faith recommend it unless the staff that work here are trained on how to handle U-Haul pick-ups and drop-offs. The gentleman at the gas station counter was very nice but was completely unfamiliar with how renting U-Hauls work, so he just handed me his laptop and had me input all the customer information myself when he couldn’t figure it out… I of course also do not work for U-Haul lol so filling out all the details involved a lot of trial and error, as well as me calling the 407 number the gas station employee gave me to resolve some issues that came up. In total, it took about an hour for me to get the truck I reserved, from the time I arrived at the location. The same gentleman was there the following day when I went to drop off the truck and also did not know what to do, so I ended up calling the same 407 number let U-Haul know I returned the truck. I unfortunately did not receive all the items I rented along with the truck since the worker at the gas station didn’t know how to give them to me, but luckily I was able to get the items I didn’t receive deducted from my final bill. In the end, I was able to still get a truck and move! So that was a success. I do, however, think the process could have been much quicker and more straightforward with adequately trained employees at this location.
Lytisha WThere was some form of tarp material in the back that I assumed they had because they didn’t want to scratch the floor. Until I brought it back and he insisted it was mine and I left it in there. I also took pictures of the gas and he told me he didn’t care about my picture, he stated he goes by what’s logged. This was possibly the worse location I’ve ever visited. I haven’t been to U-Haul in years. I will not use U-Haul again, I’ll hire a moving company next time.
VERONICA JThe guy getting me set up was very slow at it, it took about 30-45 minutes in total. My reserved utility dolly was not in the U-Haul and the guy said he was going to charge me extra. Thankfully I had the rep Meghan on the phone during the interaction so she spoke with him and assured me I would not be charged extra. I had to go to the U-Haul center on the other side of town to get a dolly which wasted extra gas in the U-Haul truck. The truck itself was dirty on the inside of the cabin and the storage portion as well. The man getting me verified also took a photo of my license with his personal phone which was very concerning. Over I was unhappy with the experience but did not have a choice as I needed to move my home. Will not be doing the U-Haul share again, only staying with actual U-Haul centers in the future.
