The check in app is horrendous. We did not have the dolly I reserved. I took the photo of the empty truck to show that, and there was no where to upload it. It was not user friendly and seemed to be hit or miss of actually working.Joshua B.

The staff member saw me pulling into the lot and met me with paperwork in hand and a smile! It is easy access and close to the interstate. They are a new U-Haul drop off location and was not in the on-line site list which needs to be updated. Again, I don't think I would use the on-line app to reserve again.Julia M.

This place was great but there were technical difficulties with my mobile login. I was having a lot of trouble and there was little cell service. The owner came out and helped me. They ended up getting my paperwork together for me. I couldn't do a lot of the necessary checkin on my phone though through the uhaul website so it made it quite difficult.Meg K.

Unfortunately some of the lights were not working on the trailer. Thank God we were driving during daylight. There was no lock or way to close the back, so we figured out a way to make sure it didn't fly open. The trailers need to be checked and make sure the lights are working, etc.robin R.

The trailer was in a bad location and I was asked to go hook it up and come back up to the store for pictures. Never had a location do that before. Maybe it's a Covid thing.John R.
Employees were very friendly, there was an issue with uhaul flagging the person I listed as a contact and we had to work around it. However, none of the employees knew what to do in order to make it work. Even when I suggested 3 or 4 different ideas they literally told me they didn't know what to do. I would suggest better training for employees when it comes to uhaul rentals.Hunter G.

First truck I was given did not start due to dead battery. Second truck I drove away with then realized the air conditioning did not work at all. Blew hot. Made my move pretty uncomfortable. The back of the truck was not swept clean. But the staff was friendly and even stayed late to help me pick up the truck slightly after hours.Matthew W.

No one there to help attach trailer so I was expected to do it myself. Luckily I knew how.Larry F.
This location cannot supply the necessary tools to move safely. I was not provided the dolly that I was charged for and I was given a truck with less than a 1/4 of a tank left. I think it would be company policy to at least have half a tank. I was also given a tower for the car that was not turning correctly. It would turn the exact opposite direction of the truck and ended up locking up and stopping the truck whenever I backed up. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had with Uhaul.Dawn R.
Listen to the people we told you that the truck would be retirned late and you did not listen and put return at 2 costing us 112 dollars bc you can not listen this is unacceptable you should just tell the people that you need it back instead of pretending to understand bc we would have never used the uhaul til we had timeEmerson S.
I/I really can't think of any improvements. I used the 24/7 smartphone app service and it could not have been easier. It was my first time using that system, but this location had everything set up perfectly. I was able to pick up the truck and drop it off after hours. Thank you so much! I will definitely be using this location again and recommending it to anyone who needs the services as well!Stacy R.

Uhaul came with a faulty windshield wiper, but once we fixed it no issues. Truck handled well and pulled a full haul with AWD car being towed on car trailer.James A.
