The front room of this location was dark. The back room where the customers sit with the manager was stuffy and not comfortable. The most important issue with the pick-up was the vehicle had a damaged fuel line that was ONLY DISCOVERED later when I refueled three times on route to my home. There has to be a better way to check basic mechanical conditions of the vehicle before leaving a location. I made an official complaint of this issue and the representative who handled my concern indicated that "cutting" fuel lines to siphon gas had been local issue in the area where I picked up this vehicle. I was not satisfied with my experience with UHaul and will be cautious in renting again.Daivd C.

I was confused on how to drop trailer off from the website could not sign it , it was not finding the contract. When I got to Dealz 4 Real on Monday morning because they were not open on the weekend I spoke to the personnel lady she was so friendly and helpful and took care of everything made my experience even better. She got the trailer signed in and sent the receipt to my email. She even took my hitch off my vehicle. So my overall experience was great. The website for after hours needs to be updated.Danielle S.

This was the perfect location for my move and couldn't have been better. I really appreciate the hospitality of Tamara and making sure my needs were met with the right truck. No one was there during normal business hours and I had to drop my keys off in the box. I was provided a receipt the next day but again I am having to deal with Regional managers as my deposits have not been refunded and I was informed that checks were being sent to an incorrect address. This was a very convenient location for us. The owner/manager was on-site early and had the truck ready for us, including the blankets and dolly we had ordered. She was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location and will likely us again shortly. Overall a great experience moving on our own with the use of uHaul.John R.
