I made a reservation with U-Haul for a different location. The day before my pick up they changed the location and time to the Deli-Mart. I selected the front desk pick-up instead of the 24/7 app pick-up. However due to some sort of system wide outage they were unable to do the pick via the counter so I was forced to do it on the app. Which would've been fine except this location was not set up for app pick-up. So after half an hour of talking to costumer service, I was finally authorized to get the keys from the employee at the front desk. Unfortunately he went to the bathroom and disappeared for about 20 minutes. I was extremely frustrated at this point. But, we once he got back we were finally able to get the keys. Pick up was a headache but U-Haul went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and even provided us with extra day and miles. So overall I am very satisfied.

No signs or indications as to where to park a U-haul return. Customer service was great by the staff.
DARREN MThe Uhaul online processing system is awful. I could not get the system to process, save any data that I would enter into the system. Luckily the Uhaul area representative assisted me throughout the process. The Manchester Uhaul site doesn’t exist anymore but that is where I was scheduled to pick up truck and trailer for the move from Lexington, KY to La Jolla, CA. The Georgetown Road pick location had no personal that could process the Uhaul rental. Language barrier was also a large factor, combined with untrained personnel, made picking up the truck a challenge. Again, hats off to U-Haul’s Lexington, KY representative. He stepped in and assisted with the whole process. The Uhaul equipment was in great shape and worked flawlessly. It was exactly what we needed for the move across the country.
John GWould NOT recommend dropping off any U-Haul equipment at this site. There was a young kid behind the counter that informed me that he was new and did not know how to process U-Haul equipment returns. He attempted to call the site manager that was not responsive. To no fault of his own, he was not able to answer my questions or help with any equipment. Site manager was obviously not informed or caring of the situation as my equipment was not checked in until 2 days later and I was charged for late drop-off. Parking lot was tight for parking the 15' U-Haul truck and auto transport carrier that I had rented, I was told to back the trailer into a parking spot on the site of the Deli Mart without assistance in a highly trafficked parking lot/street corner. Luckily, I grew up hauling bumper trailers and was able to accomplish, off-load my SUV, and unhook the trailer all myself without U-Haul representative assistance, otherwise it could have gone very poorly. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
