They forgot to check in the truck and I was stuck there for 2 hours while they figured it out. I had to do all work and reach out to support. I’m very frustrated about this experience.
Joshua SRequested equipment dolly, none available. This is the 2nd time I have made an order for truck and dolly. Dolly wasn’t available. How many families are going to rent truck without a dolly?
STEPHAN LI made a reservation with U-Haul for a different location. The day before my pick up they changed the location and time to the Deli-Mart. I selected the front desk pick-up instead of the 24/7 app pick-up. However due to some sort of system wide outage they were unable to do the pick via the counter so I was forced to do it on the app. Which would've been fine except this location was not set up for app pick-up. So after half an hour of talking to costumer service, I was finally authorized to get the keys from the employee at the front desk. Unfortunately he went to the bathroom and disappeared for about 20 minutes. I was extremely frustrated at this point. But, we once he got back we were finally able to get the keys. Pick up was a headache but U-Haul went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and even provided us with extra day and miles. So overall I am very satisfied.
