The location was great. Uhaul made a huge mistake which cost me an hour of my time and made me drive further than needed. Uhaul changed my pickup location and failed to inform me in any way. Uhaul has my phone number and my email address. I signed into my uhaul account to confirm the pickup location the morning of my pickup and the wrong location still showed there. So basically uhaul made me drive to the wrong location only to find there was no van there. I had to call uhaul to complain about the situation before I was told where to pickup my rental van. This breakdown in communication is unacceptable. I expect to be compensated accordingly.Ryan S.

I did not like that Uhaul sent me 30 miles out of the way to pick up a truck. That also had me scheduled to drop one way 30 miles out of the way it made no sense to me. They need to get a better system in place.WYNDELL C.
Truck was dirty both inside and outside. I could not see out of windshield. I ordered to dozen moving blankets. There were three and dish packing items I did not order. The truck was parked so close to a fence I was afraid I was going to hit it when trying to leave. The rental people seemed indifferent to my business and I paid a premium price for the truck. The input on the stereo didn't work so I cold listen to music from my phone. I had to drive an hour and a half to pick up the truck and another hour and a half just to get it home wasting my time. None of this made for a positive rental experience.Ray Q.
After picking up the van, on the drive home we realized the break and blinker light was out. Trying to resolve was a time consuming event that delayed our loading of van and cost us part of moving day. Trying to return, though it was 12pm, the agent wasn't available for over an hour. I was unable to use online checkout because it kept telling me that it would t verify my location, even though I followed instructions on adjusting browser on iPhone. The location had questionable people coming and going and safety seemed an issue. Over all, it was a horrible experience, and my time was not valued by you. Trying to get agents on the phone took a very long time.Douglas B.

No complaints, outside of their U-Haul App was working when I dropped the truck off. This wasn't their fault though. Friendly service. Contrary to where I picked the truck up, it was a very small service center. Have no complaints.Kenneth C.

Back of truck dirty has to clean up after other people to avoid a charge truck was to small couldn't even use it for anything originally booked a 10' from mays landing then changed to egg harbor twp which wasn't close and more miles for something fast I needed to move low tire gage and inside of van foot and seats dirtyBRANDON G.

I was charged a different amount then agreed upon. No one contacted me as to why and getting in touch with someone is impossible. I would not recommend this service as it is better to rent from an actual truck rental to ensure pricing and have clear lines of communication.Nakia B.

The place was really sketchy. The guy did not know how to do the pick up U-Haul. So he FaceTimed someone else and he had my credit card on the face time. So I was not happy at all about that. They didn't show me the truck I had to guess which one is was. I asked about how much I had to put gas in and they said only put gas in if it's below half so i listened and I got charged for not filling it up.Shaun K.

The app check in process was slow, clumsy, and asked for information I had already provided or easily could have provided before arrival. Instead I got dropped off at the location and had to wait in the cold and the rain for over a half an hour for everything to go through. Very disappointing.Jayson B.

This was originally a Truck Share 24/7 reservation. After 20 minutes of trying to complete the reservation, the attendant came over and aided me. He completed the reservation via his store computer. The Truck Share 24/7 seemed like a good idea, but I will never use it again.Glenn W.

I reserved a van for 6/30/18 at 10:00am on 6/20/18 in Deptford nj. Upon arriving they told me that they didn't have the van and said there's nothing they could do about it. They offered me one at 12:30pm in maple shade nj. Luckily I called because they told me they'll have it ready for me at 3:00pm. Then they told me they have one for me at Cinnaminson NJ. This messed my whole entire day up moving. When returning I went to the Mays landing nj like requested to return the vehicle come to find out I had to drive to another location and they made me take pictures of everything and submit them online. When I was finally done I. Even the lockbox was complicated to return the key. I had to figure something out that I had no instructions to. This was the first time I ever used U-Haul and will be the last time and I will highly not recommend them to my worst enemy. Stay far away!David L.

When I returned to the drop off location the customer representative was not even aware that they had a contract at their location he refused to take the truck. I left the location came home called uhaul they said take it back the call the location I have no idea what took place. I drop the truck off they just took the key didn't check nothing when I stay the level of professionalism was so fair not acceptable to me and my family.Melissa M.
