Could not get mobile return page to work. Spent an extra $20 to leave key in drop box to have an emp check it in the next day. Also 2 days later a new charge off my debit card for over $40 this was not on my bill and have no clue why an additional charge after I already received and paid the invoice.TONY E.

Picking up my uhaul was a huge ordeal and didn't need to be. I spent over a half hour trying to get the key from the lock box. I completed the pick up process and it told me where and how to get my truck keys. But didn't tell me the code to the lock. After a stressful 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the lock code, the 24/7 road side answered and told me I need to create a new uhaul account and add my current reservation number and complete the payment. Which I had already put in to make the restervation. So after pressing yes use the card on file, it gave me the lock code. I then was able to get my truck and go. I was not charged for the truck till about a week after. So I want to know why I had to confirm my card payment and take that long and do a process I didn't know about when my card was already on file and wasn't even charged until a week later. The pick up and payment process were not navigational with out the help of someone telling you.emily S.

Vehicle was dirty inside, the app to get the keys is very slow and too many questions to get going. I spent over 30 mins to just get code for keys. The sales rep at Den Mar was not very helpful on directions on getting the key while they were closed. I will not use this, and UHaul again due to the headaches.Nathan H.

I reserved a4x8 trailer. When my wife went to pick it up they sent her out with a 6x12. She didn't know she could not pull that with my jeep grand Cherokee. She got there empty but had to have someone with a full size truck haul it back. I will not use uhaul again this is the 2nd time you guys messed me upLonnie S.

Our original contact was Clydes U Haul in North Liberty IN. Brenda @ Clydes did not currently have a box truck however she was very helpful and accommodating in locating and recommended the Plymouth location. The lady at Den Mar in Plymouth was quick and covered all questions. She did make changes on the rentals to add both the truck and trl from their location. I do hope that Clydes in North Liberty did receive a part of the commission on this rental. We would use both or either location in the future.Thersa A.

Fix 24/7 system. It is a joke. Took over an hour to get equipment, including going through ridiculous alternate contact authorization, etc. Had to repeat multiple steps already completed in advance. App kept freezing. 4 calls to customer service, extensive hold times. Facility and equipment were reliable as expected, but I will never use U-haul again if forced to use 24/7.John G.

Unable to check back in on my phone because you could not access my location. What a supreme hassle! I spent 2 hours trying to reach your people on line or on the phone. Finally so frustrated, I took a picture of the dash which showed your agent mileage and fuel level. I will never ever rent a U-Haul again using this method. I was tired and hungry and missed saying goodbye and thanks to the several people that helped with my move. It sure would be nice to be compensated for my time , anger, and frustration. I will never recommend doing business this way with you to anyone. If I could have just put my key in the drop box, that would have been great. 2 hours of frustration tacked on to a hard day of moving pushed me way past my limits.Gregory S.

Here is why. Though the truck was good the clarity of policy was not. Your service was NOT transparent at a conspicuous level regarding the additional charges per mile. I almost decided to use the truck for another trip same day same time period and OMG you would have taped my bank account. Just ridiculous. However, the people and the process are very intelligent and helpful. I will do my best to lavish this point upon every person I know. Renter beware! As an internet entrapeneur I will make it my personal mission to make this point clear to everyone I know. Moving is hard enough without your bullshit unprifessuonal hidden charges. All was great except Indianapolis was giving the 15 ft truck I had reserved on the 27th of Nov to someone that reserved Dec 3 after I reserved. Plymouth ( Melissa) worked very hard to clean up that mess. Other then some stressful days it all worked out to our satisfaction and Plymouth UHaul is great Thanks for the help.Mary W.

After registering two weeks in advanced, we had to drive 30 miles one way to simply pick up the truck reserved for a local location. Not ideal for sure. The trucks transmission was also slipping a lot. The Plymouth location was great and the staff was very helpful .Kendrick M.
