The uhaul location wasn't the problem. It was the customer service reps on the phone that I have a problem with and I would like to speak with someone. The rep checked me in gave me the lock box code but kept calling me back saying the payment didn't go through but I had two pending charges on my credit card because she kept running my card. After keep calling and harassing me I got a text saying they would report the truck stolen. I am not satisfied with how we were treated.denetta R.

This location sold me a service that was way more expensive than it needed to be. When I spoke with customer service, Chris told me that the contract was closed and that they would not do anything to make up for the additional charges. I will be using another rental service next time.STEPHEN T.

Stop using this location , The cab was filthy under the drivers chair there was a baby's bottle nipple and all I threw it away there's many pieces of trash in the cab I threw them away behind the passenger seat there is underwear and I believe socks I did not throw them away I left them right thereRobert D.
This was hardly a Uhaul Pickup location... it only had one truck, which, thankfully was for my rental. But, the location was not in a favorable direction and was in a difficult location to access. I drove past at least 3 other more reputable Uhaul locations to get to this one. Perhaps you are trying to engage with too many locations Additionally, it is not clear that many of your trucks are not for one way rentals Lastly, the web site and logistics system may be favorable to your personnel but lacks detail that is needed by your patrons. Simply saying we'll send you and email or a text the day before for where you can pick up a truck is not all that helpful when you a planning a move. A longer lead time is appropriate and staff that know exactly what is going on with your reservation would be helpful. You're cutting It too close With the time and logistics of your customer.Eric V.

I dropped off after hours, so there was no one to provide my direction on where to park or what to do. The link you provided required what seemed to be a lengthy process with my cell phone and I was not about to take pics in the dark. So ... I found the best parking space I could and put the keys in the drop box. The self drop off option is really cumbersome in my opinion.James B.

This was the third location that U-Haul sent me to. I scheduled it for one rental location. Two days before my pickup it was changed to a second location which was further away. The day before my pickup date it was changed to yet another location even further away. It would have been better if I was given a choice of the new location instead of it just being assigned to me.ROBERT S.
Absolutely unbelievable that I would be charged for the extra 3 miles over the 50 I estimated when UHAUL moved my pick-up and return location 4 miles away (8 round-trip) from where I rented it from. I made three phone calls to get the rental location back to where I rented it, but the only answer I got was that "you rented it for three days...It's a very busy weekend..." This location was limited access on Route 51 and they assigned me there for a RUSH HOUR pick up time. I chose a local neighborhood rental location for a reason, and rented weeks in advance, but one-day rentals got priority instead. Nope, no UHAUL for me anymore.Janet S.

Poor communication! Spoke with several people and to many unsure of policy! Had to go to several locations to FINALLY get what I needed! Location I was originally to pic up from (McDonald, Pa) no one there at 8a or later even though they posted hrs as open at 8a! Very frustrating and didn't think it would be that difficult!marty W.

The truck was ready to go and operated above my expectations. However the person at the pick-up location, took my money, pulled the truck around, went back inside, and never gave me any information about operation, safety, tips, etc. I had to figure out everything myself. I was glad to see the truck had some type of engine brake but I had to figure that out myself driving down 7 miles of 5% grade, 6 hours into the drive. Not the best way to know there was that kind of safety feature. Have the people who hand over a truck take the time to go over operations and safety instructions. Sounds pretty basic and I would have greatly appreciated the time.Jim E.

We dropped off March 9th at 5:45-6:00 pm. Pulled in lot office light was on saw person in there. Light went off I knocked no answer. I understood they were closed. He came out minutes later said can't leave here. I said it was drop off location. The owner said ok then and left. He wanted nothing to do with us at that time. Had locked fence area for U-Haul which would of taken 5 min to do. Left outside of locked area hoping it wouldn't be stolen. He must of been ok with it. I know I wasn'tdan B.

The gentleman who set up the trailer for me was not familiar with the equipment and did not properly install the chains. When he was questioned about shorter chains he said they are all long because they usually have to set this trailer up for a pick up truck. The chains where ruined by the time I reached my destination in Michigan.JAMES M.
