lori rthe computer was extremely slow at this location, we watched the loading bar take forever with each click. we were there for 45 minutes to an hour just trying to pick up our rental truck. the guy at the counter, Bill i believe, was also helping customers in between helping us which made our experience take even longer. our time was valuable as we moved this weekend and i was not happy with how this went.

Elizabeth NThe sliding door of "U1" was sticky and very hard to actuate. I used some silicone spray to make it smoother, and it worked. Lubrication of the latch should be part of regular maintenance. The van had rear-end damage and was marked accordingly, which was all good, but not good optics in my opinion, either for me as a driver or the company whose logo is on it. Inside was a bit dirty - I understand that the weather outside will not help keep these clean. Nonetheless, I returned it cleaner than I found it.

PAUL HI was told $24.95 for 6 hour rent on trailer that I reserved without insurance and when I went to get it than I found myself pulling the trailer out of snow and it was covered in snow. I cleaned it and didn’t mind it. Anyway I spoke to a gentleman about the experience I had with pulling the trailer from snow and cleaning it when I came to return the trailer so Mr Hanni told me that they don’t clean the snow from trailer I get that no problem. They charge me $29.95 plus $13 insurance without my consent. So I was told nothing they can do to refund my insurance amount they charged me. I was told to call the 800 number but I think that is just hassle.

JAMES AI rented a U-Haul truck from this location, I made the reservation the night previous to picking it up in the morning. when I got there the man alleged he could not find my reservation and would not accept my reservation confirmation #. He then asked how long I would need the truck for, to which I replied 24 hours. He went ahead and marked my return time for 6 hours after I picked it up(230pm), which is not 24 hours resulting in an extended rental charge. He also charged me for the $30 SAFEMOVE insurance instead of the previous $15 option I had chose on my reservation, without asking me. He then canceled my reservation I had previous, aswell as putting the rental he decided to make under my brothers name, who was with me, and when he did that his co worker exclaimed “you’re putting his name on it, he’s gunna hate you” then laughed. I didn’t think anything of it at the time because I wasn’t expecting the malicious intent. I do not recommend this rental location at all, and will never be renting there again. absolutely awful customer service and dishonest employees. I will be calling today to dispute these charges. Incredibly disappointed and disgusted.

Chris LWhat is the $5 safe trip Fee? I paid $60 for the Safe Move Plus. Also why was I charge $20 for the After Hours Fee. I dropped the truck off before the 48-hour limit from the time I pick it up at 1:28 PM on Oct 24?
