When I arrived to pick up the trailer the business was closed, they left early for the day. I had to call them and they did everything over the phone. Me and my father had to hook up the trailer. I was emailed picture of the trailer, to show the conditions, that were old. I was very disappointed with the service I received from this location. I will not be using them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.Lisa B.

The amazing lady who helped me in Minneapolis Kansas was the only good experience I had with moving. I would 100% recommend this location. However the store located on Broadway in Salina Kansas should be closed it's full of rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff who managed to kill any and all excitement that I had in buying a new home. The experience there was stressful and unpleasant. So thanks to the amazing staff in Minneapolis you completely turned the experience around for us.Lakesha B.

The rental agent was excellent! Very kind and knowledgeable. The ONLY issue (and the reason I checked "no" instead of yes was because the rear left tires were bald. Otherwise, the rental was flawless.TRENT D.

I reserved the equipment for pickup in Concordia. Your policy of forcing a customer to travel to another pickup location on moving day is something only a poorly managed second rate company would do.Thomas F.

I was dissatisfied with this service we tried to get a 14 foot truck in july and they said it would be around 389.00 in salina ks and when we rented it in ellsworth ks they said it would be 469.00 for the truck plus the taxes and insurance and Dollie time that was said and done it was going to cost 580.00 for the truck with some one on low income moving from one town to the next they cant do it i had to leave 80 % on the curb for someone else to take i couldn't take it with me i was already in a abusive relationship tiring to get out for my daughters life and mine and using someone Else's money till i got payed on the 3rd I Had To Use Just A Little Tralor To Move My Stuss and My son in laws Pickup truck he had to miss 3 days of work to help me move and they want to jack up the prices i know trucks are hard to come by but you need to think about people on low income TOO not everyone has money like that and i use to use U-Haul All That Time I Will Think Next Time I Use You All Thank You Mrs KirbyBrenda K.
Your local service was friendly and helpful. However it will be a cold day before I use U-Haul again the over all customer service was worse than poor. Scheduled three pickup locations and times that cost me a tank of gas and tons of frustration just to get the trailerTED F.

Enforce standards upon this location or get another. Front of trailer was embedded in the ground and I had to dig it out, clean it and lift the very heavy front alone with a bad back. Only staff on hand was a 70 year old lady.James M.

Excellent customer service, they were able to wait on me as i was running just a little late in both picking up and dropping off the trailer. This was my first time renting from U-Haul overall, great experience, equipment nicer than I was expecting, great place to rent from even though they were just a little bit out of town to get to from where I was, it was worth the extra effort! Thanks and I'll definitely go back to BS Automotive for my next rent! Thank you!ROBERT B.

It was entirely too far away. when I initially made the reservation on the phone, I didn't know my location wasn't guaranteed, and I was already going out of my way. My confirmation phone call, the guy was extremely rude and then sent us over 90 miles to pick up the truck. I would NOT have gone with UHaul if I had known all of this before hand, and because of it I probably won't use UHaul again. The girls at the actual pick-up location were nice however, and they worked quickly to help us.Barbara B.
