Pick up at Franklin Auto Masters. Lock was not accessible. Combination provided did not unlock. Was asked to go to Kitchener to pickup there. I was not willing to go that far. Found a 20 foot at a different Cambridge location. Truck was covered in snow and ice. No scrapper. No blankets available at this location or in the truck. Truck had less than a quarter tank of gas! Blanket charge was not credited back but was told it would be by the rep at the pickup location. Was promised that I would get extra mileage allowed but had to pay at drop off. My scheduled pickup time was supposed to be 12:30 as I had an elevator booked for 1pm but because of the above issue, I did not get back with the truck until 3pm. Unacceptable!!! I had to spend more money out of pocket to go to the other location. Pay for blankets I didn't get and pay for mileage I wasn't supposed to. Will never use U-Haul again!!!! What a complete disaster!

The back of truck had some leaves and magazine left in it. Just ensure it's clean for next customer! But the employee at the store was very helpful and nice!

In terms of location, you guys could actually give us the uhaul in the location we booked it. It's the second time I reserve a MONTH before and you guys can't keep the reservation in the correct place.

I mentioned 2 days ago that I rented the same size truck and I had a very bad experience with the truck and the agent in a different location. This time, the truck was newer, safer to drive, and gas saving. I enjoyed driving it. The guy was helpful and nice.

The gentleman didn't come out and inspect the vehicle with me. I grabbed the keys back and took photos of the gas, sure enough when I get my receipt he tried to say there wasn't enough gas when there was in fact more then what I had when I picked up. I called him to complain but he said he couldn't do anything. Will not be using a uhaul when I move again. Not satisfied

The truck was in excellent condition and worked well for our needs but the store where rented from was 45 minutes late opening and delayed our move time then.

No gas. Over charged. Store was blessed for Reno s when iced to return it. Took an hour and a half for the vendor to figure out how to use the damn system. Absolute brutal service

Had to hunt down where my truck was, drive accross the city. What should have taken 10min took 2 hours.. This is the 3rd time in a row ive had problems with U-haul. Staff have no idea what to do for pick up and drop off. Will NEVER use U-haul again nor recommend it.

Only suggestion would be to ensure the lock to the back of the truck comes with a key- we were told our key was missing when we picked up the truck. Otherwise everything was great.

Was told 8 am for pu guy never showed up till 930 2 guys had to leave b4 move was done causing extra work for everyone else

Gas had only 5 miles in it and would give us a rebate when we returned it had 30 miles of gas. Didnt have the dollie we ordered and there was no inspection of vehicle before we left. Never received any receipts

You may regret asking about how our UHaul experience was. It was an experience from HELL!!! YOUR mess up and handling of this was incredibly bad. To the point that on more than one occassion I believed I would have to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. I have never in my life had such a bad experience. And no matter how many times we tried on our end to get it straightened out, you guys just did not listen and did not hear what was going on. You kept hounding us, even threatening us. Seriously, I was astounded at how badly you guys made a messed up mess even worse.
