YUVRAJSINGH TI accidentally locked the key in the truck when I returned the truck and the dealership said they did not have a spare key. This is ridiculous service and I had to pay a private company to open the truck as CAA DOES NOT cover U Haul

VAN NThe guy I was dealing with was very nice. He explained everything and the truck was basically clean. I can tell he didn’t go in there from the last person because there was a bottle of water left in there. But otherwise it was fine. No complaints.
