The location was close by and it was quick to pick up, but the store wasn’t clean and it smelled. The truck itself was in poor shape. It constantly veers to the right which made it very hard to keep it in lane, and my right arm hurts from trying to keep it straight. The button for tow mode was broken. The lock on the rear was jammed and it took us a very long time to open it. For a few minutes we thought we’d have to drive all the way back because we couldn’t get it open. There were empty coffee cups and bottles in the cab.

Awful - rented the truck from Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 and somehow was charged for 3 days?

YUVRAJSINGH TI accidentally locked the key in the truck when I returned the truck and the dealership said they did not have a spare key. This is ridiculous service and I had to pay a private company to open the truck as CAA DOES NOT cover U Haul
