The customer service was not great. When I picked up the vehicle, the gentlemen looked like he did not want to be there, did not look happy and did not seem to care about the interaction. When I dropped it off, the young lady was better but a tad overwhelmed as she was the only one handling many customers. Customer service should be every businesses #1 priority but it rarely is. Most companies have no idea what that even means tbh.

Peter BThe rental van was dirty and not cleaned before us; though the staff were helpful and kind. We wish the van was cleaned properly as it smelled like manure and was very dirty with soil and debris in. The front/cup holders were sticky and dirty and we didn’t feel comfortable driving in it. We decided to take close to 2 hours to do deep clean clean of the interior before we could load our own belongings.
