Carlo DWhen I went it, it wasn't busy. The woman at the desk was kind and got me on my way quick. They had one of their guys hook the trailer up to my truck, he was a great. Both were personable and kind. I dropped off the trailer after business hours, but it was just as easy. I backed the trailer into the spot I took it from, took the pictures for the app, and I was outta there. Great experience. If I ever need to tow a motorcycle again, I'll come here.

GHULAM UVery convenient location based on our needs, but arrived at 4pm on a Saturday and no one was there. We had called ahead and asked if there was way to drop off blankets and cardboard from the moveand they said yes, but because no one was there we had no idea where to put anything so we leaft it on the truck and had to pay $53 for a cleaning. Disappointing!
Scott HCost have skyrocketed I think it is completely unnecessary to get $1.39 per mile $.80-$1.00 should be the rate

It’s hard to find good customer service these days so I strongly suggest picking up your next truck and Devoe’s. Plus you can shop for pies and assorted groceries when you are done. FIVE STAR!!!
WILLIAM PMade reservation online; very user friendly & easy to navigate. Vehicle was ready upon arrival; staff person provided a walk through as she explained our responsibilities upon return of vehicle. Upon return , checkout was courteous & expedious. It doesn't get better than that!!! Service was overalll great!
NYDIA SThis location was wonderful and the person who served us was wonderful. The rental process itself was also very easy. My only complaint is that we live in East Greenbush and therefore this location was farther away than others, but those locations did not have a pick up truck. The Halfmoon location was easy to get to, but we had to pay mileage on the pick up and drop off (23 miles each way) which was more mileage than we used during our entire rental. If a truck had been available in Albany, our costs would have been significantly less.

AHMAD WThe truck was in very poor condition, and it felt unsafe to drive. Problems included wobbly steering and brakes that needed a lot of pressure to come to a stop. It has 149,000 miles on it and should probably be retired. The bed of the truck apparently had some liquid leak from a previous renter that should have been mopped, but wasn't. In addition there were a lot of crumbs on the floor of the cab from people eating previously. This is not my main problem. I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel. I rented the truck supposedly with a full tank. I returned the truck, the fuel gauge still read full and my total distance driven was five miles. So how is it that takes two gallons of fuel to go five miles? That would mean that either the fuel gauge is broken, the fuel tank was not full despite the clerk reading it as full when I rented it, the truck only gets 2.5 miles to the gallon which is relatively impossible, or this is a case of fraud on U-Haul's or DeVoe's part. Based upon this experience, I will not be doing business with either U-Haul truck rental or DeVoe's Rainbow Orchards again.

JAMES AThe equipment was clean, however there was a mechanical issue with the truck. The power steering / power hydraulic brake fluid reservoir was low leading to the steering system and brakes not functioning correctly. This was reported on the return
