MARC SThe location was clean and well kept, equipment was also clean. However while going through the steps in the app to pickup equipment a lady approached me who was very negative and had a poor attitude. Her questions to me were short with an angry tone and she made it feel as if I was doing something wrong. On that I would not recommend.

TIMOTHY HStart with a full tank of gas and stop scamming people out of a few dollars when they go to fill it back up to 3/4 full or whatever.
Walker JMaybe verbal reminders to check your phone so you can go through the process of taking photos for U-Haul. Both folks I worked with (I think they were Dave and Arianna) were quick, kind, and knowledgeable.
DAVID TThe location was closed when I arrived so it is difficult for me to rate the personnel. It would have been helpful to have a larger parking spot available for an after hours drop off. I was able to fit the 20’ truck into a space but if I had been returning a 26’ truck, it would have been a challenge. The after hours drop process is a HUGE improvement, though. It made the return very easy.

Gary GAnother location were there was no one at the office when we arrived. At least this time we didn’t have to wait an hour, more like 15 min. The lady took the truck and left. Barely any conversation or true checkout. She just wanted to have the truck out of the way of their parking. No instructions for self drop off. Very unhappy overall with my experience from pick up to drop off
