We selected this location specifically because it allowed for 24/7 drop off. However when we arrived (at 10pm, in the dark), we spent almost 30 minutes walking the property looking for a drop box that we never found. We knew we were in the right place because we saw the business signage and other U-Haul trucks. We contacted customer service and the agent couldn’t find any notes about a drop box for this location on their end so they ended up advising me on what to do, which in all took a 15 minute call. Very stressful end to a full day of loading/unloading/driving.

Don't know if location was open because they were closed although I was turning in the trailer during published hours. Called their number and someone told me to leave the trailer in an unlocked lot and they would email mean receipt the next day. Seemed to be miffed that I was turning it inn early. I think that maybe this is a cleaning business that does U-Haul as a side thing when it's not inconvenient. Why did I have to drive by a store where uhaul is their only business too turn my trailer in?

Timothy JThe U-Haul after hours app would not let me complete the drop off. It seemed like it could not validate location. Had to call 24 hour support who could not get it to work but noted the drop. I called first thing the next morning when location opened and could not get to a real person so left a message that trailer dropped off. An hour later I received a call from the drop location asking when I planned to drop off the trailer. Clearly, no one received my message or note from 24 hour support that I dropped it. Frustrating and a lot of time wasted.
