rent from this location a lot (it's closest to me) & every time i go in to pickup guy at counter always seems to be im a bad moon like im an inconvenience taking away from his auto shop... again i come in to rent a lot but there is aways some hoop needing jump thru before i get the rental.
Carol Y.charged $60\hold on my card for a $14.95\day flat rate utility trailer. still trying to get my money back.. but all ive got from the owner is we released the hold contract ur bank.. bank say we havnt receive deposit contact yhe store ... its been 3 months
Carol Y.Let them know not only will you be charges for gas but a lot of extra fees. Let customer know how many miles per gallon the truck can use so they know how much it takes to fill to the quarter tank line.
Cortney C.Do what you say you are going to do. ie, email the receipt upon payment. Be more attentive to detail, ie, give out the same equipment as the one documented. Do a little more research when equipment with the wrong dispatch number is returned.
