They made the entire rental process easy and stress-free, which was especially appreciated during such a big move. Dottie wasn’t even open today, but she was so sweet and went out of her way to open up just to help me drop off the trailer. That kind of customer service is hard to find and truly meant a lot to us! We sincerely appreciate all of their help and excellent customer service. We would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Haemish OThis is the best U-Haul rental location in the valley. Dottie is helpful and consistent. We have rented long term rentals several times a year over the last 5 years and the trucks are well maintained, clean and available on time. 10 star location!

Richard REquipment issues, could t scan my driver's license. The uhaul app should save my drivers license info and only have to show it at time of transaction.

Thomas PShe is great - I do all my rentals there and she is great to work with. The Uhaul on line system is a different question entirely. Tried three times and it did not work so I called a few times and the recording said they were too busy and call back. Thank God she figured it all out. Hopefully they figure the rest of the issues.
PATRICK DDottie is fantastic. She knows what she's doing. I've rented here several times and have never had a problem. It's my go-to U-Haul spot.
Thomas POverall the location and experience was good. The equipment was old and should be replaced.
Dan CThe trailer seemed to have a braking issue it was banging after the truck came to a stop the trailer did not seem to stop on its own. I believe it needs to be maintenance. When mentioned to a male staff at the lot he said it was our tow hitch. But we have rented several car haulers and never experienced this. It was very scary, to have a car on the trailer and not know if it was ok. We were in a time crunch and had to go. Did not realize this was happening until we were loaded up and ready to go. Maybe this car hauler needs to be checked for any issues it may be having. Dottie is always very kind and helpful.
