Tried three times and it did not work so I called a few times and the recording said they were too busy and call back. Thank God she figured it all out. Hopefully they figure the rest of the issues.

Dan CThe trailer seemed to have a braking issue it was banging after the truck came to a stop the trailer did not seem to stop on its own. I believe it needs to be maintenance. When mentioned to a male staff at the lot he said it was our tow hitch. But we have rented several car haulers and never experienced this. It was very scary, to have a car on the trailer and not know if it was ok. We were in a time crunch and had to go. Did not realize this was happening until we were loaded up and ready to go. Maybe this car hauler needs to be checked for any issues it may be having. Dottie is always very kind and helpful.

Ray WIt was great they had what I requested, but the only thing was off the drop off time I dropped off 10 minutes before 5pm, on the receipt it says at 5:30??? so now it shows that I was late when I wasn't. So that doesn't look good on my end.. so they charge me Xtra $4.99 The 1st receipt says $52.10 then at 8:02 they emailed me the second receipt says $57.10
