I had a very pleasant experience renting a truck from this location. Dick was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very witty and a genuinely likable person. The one element of the vehicle that caused some issues(so, maintenance related) was the fuel pipe. When attempting to fill the tank, the flow would stop every 0.010 L, as if it were full. There was no leak or loss of fuel, so I don't believe it was the tank. Other than that, it was a great experience. Richard is Lovely, and took great care of me.Valerie W.

The gentleman who helped me at the return location was very helpful. He also commented on the terrible condition of the trailer. He said he had not seen one of those models in a long time and he thought UHaul no longer rented them. Multiple people commented on the bad looking condition of the trailer, and they had not even seen the worn out dangerous strap!LUKET O.
Absolutely terrible experience during the drop-off process. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our drop-off time and the guy was completely miserable. We had to wait almost 25 minutes for him, as he went through other trucks that he had pending pickups on (I assume). He then asked me why I was still there, like I was doing something wrong, and I told him that I was not just dropping the truck off and leaving without some sort of receipt. He shook his head at me and said then you're going to have to wait. Key point here: No other customers were there besides us. At this point, I told him that I was going to take the truck to a different location and return it, which he didn't like. He then stopped what he was doing to help me return my rental truck. As we were walking into his office, he slammed the door directly in front of me, basically stating that I needed to stay outside. I truly have no idea how anyone like this ever stays in business. I will NEVER rent or return anything at this location EVER again. If there was an option for 0-stars, that's what I would be putting. This location doesn't deserve any stars at all. I rented a 6x12 trailer, it didn't have a jack on it. It took me and the staff member all our strength to get it on my hitch. At my loading destination I had to unhitch it and had to use my car jack and wood blocks to get it off and back on. Other than that everything was good.Michael T.

The only thing that I'm going to say is there was nothing in my contract that I received as an email stating anything about mileage replacing the gas in the truck or anything else in the contract that was sent to me now I got stuck paying a $88 bill for a $49 bill because nowhere in my contract did it say anything about mileage replacing the gas or any other thing this was all laid on me at the last minute so something that should have costed me 1995 plus $14 for insurance ended up costing me $88 and I'd like to know why?Robert C.

Keeping reservation times by assisting customers reasonably. We waited almost an hour while the man working hooked the other equipment up for another customer, helped load the car they were towing onto the trailer and secure it and explain how to drive it. We only needed to pick up a trailer. It left people waiting for us to pick up our cabinet purchase. If he needed that much help. Politely ask him to wait while you greet us and see if you can get us on our way. Then go back to helping him above and beyond.Christina D.

Unable to complete online verification with customer rep ... waited two hours in 20f snowy weather for office to open to complete pickup but no one arrived ... was finally able to have pleasant customer rep complete my pickup on phone ... fuel tank was at 5/8 full as oppose to 3/4 as stated on contract.... other than everything, truck was perfectPASCALI L.
Agent at this location was great. Very personable and kind. Unit hadn't been cleaned or swept out so I did it for uhaul. I've rented a few times over the last couple years from uhaul various locations. Generally speaking poor experiences were I cannot recommend to friends and family. Typically the only game in most towns. I guess uhaul just thinks, â€œMeh, we'll just treat customers however we feelâ€. Tired of doing uhauls dirty work and driving all over hell's half-acre to retrieve the equipment and then have to take it back to that same inconvenient place. Uhaul please overhaul your logistics!Joshua H.

The location was not an issue, local rep was friendly and helpful, however Uhaul as a company is disorganized, with poor inventory management and customer service. This was not the initial location of my reservation. Initially reserved a 20' van, no contact the week prior to moving on a Sunday, had to call U-Haul on Friday who did not notify me that they could not provide the vehicle reserved. They changed to a 15' van which required an additional day of rental to be able to move everything which I had to pay for, they also moved the reservation across town where they didn't open until 11am rather than 9am when I had initially wanted the vehicle. Will not be using Uhaul in the future for anything.Casey M.

I hated the Uhaul ride share system. It was awful and I would not use it again nor recommend. I was changed back and forth with the size and location which ended up in me traveling 4 hours additionally on a moving day AND the first place I showed up to collect my truck from had no one there to help, customer service could not contact him as they only had the office number, no direct number and the truck had not been checked in and so I had to travel an hour away to get another, all while I was staring at the truck in the lot.... im the customer and paying you, and I was the one who had to keep b being flexible and changing my plans all on a very stressful time moving into a house. we should have been done at 6pm but between going to a location where I had no truck or help, to a reroute and then driving back and forth we got home at 11pm. the man at the final location I went to though was very nice and sweet. hes the only saving grace to my Uhaul experience.Paula O.

I had to arrange truck pickup to drive 70+ miles on my own and was a bit nervous, but he went above and beyond to make the process smooth. The vehicle was in questionable shape. I thought for sure one of the windshield wipers would go flying right off the vehicle, but it was raining and I needed to see so I kept running them. Miraculously it was still there when I returned the truck. The brakes seemed a little slow to respond, but might have just been me not used to a bigger vehicle. Still, the truck seemed old, beat, and ready to retire. We intentionally avoided any steep hills not knowing if the old truck would be able to handle them.James B.
The inside of the pickup was a bit grimy and I had actually cleaned around a bit with all-surface cleaning wipes and lysol as the windows were dirty too. Overall a nice truck and sufficed for my contractor needs over the two days. Thanks for the convenience anyhow!Alexander R.

The air conditioning didn't work. It blew air but I can only assume it lacked coolant. Made an already long (summer) drive feel much longer with an icky feel. It was the first time I have ever rented a car/truck where the gas gauge was given to me with a quarter tank. Other than those two things, the truck rode well and the man at the rental place was nice and explained everything well.Julie H.
