JOEL HThe lady who was there did not have any helpers in the office and it was 25 degrees that day. There was a problem getting the chain unhooked and I am partially handicap and cannot get up from the ground and she was down there on the cold ground trying so hard and ended up going across the street to get someone to assist... took over 30 minutes to get it unhooked all in all.....not fun but I appreciate HER hard work and "to-do" attitude for sure so YES I recommend this place.

Charlesetta KHorrible! The 20 foot U-Haul must be overhauled or a major tune-up before allowing it out on the streets. It was the worse drive of my life. I have never driven any vehicle that had trouble at anything below 50 miles per hour. Or worse the U-haul had trouble between 51 to 59 miles per hour and then again from 61 to 69 miles per hour. That was the strangest thing I have ever experienced. The engine sounded as if it was going to break apart. Horrible. I will let everyone know on my social connections. Fortunately, the only thing that was worth using U-Haul were the people/customer service. They were the nicest folks. I thank them for having to deal with such horrible equipment.
Diana WI had to drive 10 hours alone and was a day late for my return!!! I called in a panic, for I was still unloading, they said relax,,,,, bring it in the morning 🌄,, no charge for the extra day, and night!!! No problem!!! A+ best rental experience ever!!!!!

Gary HThe truck we got was filthy inside and out. Trash what we thought was mud in the cargo area. Turned out to be dried animal feces. On return informed the manager and she was more concerned that another customer might hear that fact than offering even an apology. She said this was one of her “turnaround” units and that we “got good value”. We needed to extend the rental but chose to do so at another location. Where service was exemplary and vehicle was immaculate. This operator is not just rude, but runs a shoddy business. Used to better experience from a UHaul franchise.

Jonathan TTrailer wasn’t cleaned or serviced. Had an electrical problem that drained my battery on my vehicle. When roadside service came out to make repairs the service technician was rude and degrading to me. Over all my experience with I haul was a bad one.
DAVID MThe minute we drove up the young man was out the door to greet us with a smile and a great attitude. In a day of lacking customer service he is the exact opposite, keep him, he is good. He was quick and efficient, answered my concern and was very friendly during the entire process. He could tell we were tired from our drive to Houston and back so he was quick but not pushy. When its time to rent again this will be my location of choice because of this young man.

DALE ASee comment above. And the lady at I35 and Berry location needs more assistance. Took over an hour for her to even talk to us. There were only 4 people in front of us. Way too long. People are needing their equipment to get things done not wait in line for an hour. Especially to be told “you are at the wrong place”. When my email/online check in text says otherwise
