Nothing to improve- Helpful, courteous people. I had ordered a truck from another company. When I got there I was told no truck was available. I talked to customer service - they wanted to take a few dollars off the bill. Contacted EZ Body Shop- not only was Uhaul less expensive, but they had the truck ready and waiting when I got there-They saved the day! THANKS!

The employee was very friendly as we arrived right at closing, my only issue was that because it was so late she told us just to leave the keys and she's handle processing the return the next morning. But the next day we were charged for $33 gas citing that we left the truck at a quarter tank which I do not think was accurate. I believe it was just at a needle under the half way hash almost exactly where it was at pick up. Other than that a great experience on both sides.

Had to drive 45 minutes to this location, even though there is a UHAUL location 5 minutes away. Took two hours from scheduled pick-up time for the vehicle to be prepped and ready. Price of same rental, same trip has tripled since last November. Vehicle could use some upgrades. Bluetooth for hands-free communication is a must for long trips. Cruise control would be nice. More comfortable seat is necessary.

The pickup facility was fine. However, ordered a 20 foot moving truck to be picked up from this location. The day before I received a call saying it was not available at this location, but we could Have a 10 foot truck. I was unable to move my living room set, as well as the dresser and Armoir for our 2nd bedroom. I now have to rent another truck at another time which is most inconvenient, not to mention I have to hire movers for a second time. So very disappointed.

When I went to rent the u-Haul, there were several customers ahead of me and I had to wait 25 to 30 minutes for my turn. I realize that covid-19 is probably at least partially the cause but it would be nice if they can figure out a way to speed up the service.

This location staff person tried to rent us wrong size vehicle. When told this was wrong vehicle, we were told that was all they had even though vehicle was reserved and pick-up time indicated on reservation form. When we showed her out reservation, she said we would have to come back later to get the right one. Eventually, she said we could have the correct truck. We were then charged fir insurance even though this was not ordered. After 45 minutes, it was straightened out, but woman was rude and did not apologize for nix-ups

Woman lied, TWICE. Used profanity and was absolutely useless when attempting to resolve an issue. Provided wrong information and cost me 100$... that I have to wait for, if they ever decide to return it. Never NEVER will I utilize UHaul ever again, nor will I suggest UHaul to ANYONE. Additionally I have posted reviews stating to avoid UHaul and this establishment AT ALL COSTS! Its just not worth the headache, other options are available.

My Box got lost no one could tell where it was it took me 5 hours to try to find out where it was. It got delivered outside of the facility and no one bothered to look outside. The tracking was horrible no one had any idea where it was it actually got delivered 5 days before I got it and no one knew. Uhaul tracking is terrible. When I would call it would take me a long time to get to the right department then when I finally got to the traffic department I got transferred...without my knowledge to another traffic person that already talked to when I already told her that. It was very frustrating I would not rent from Uhaul again. The staff at the local u-haul facility was extremely rude. She kept insisting it wasn't there when she didn't bother to have anyone look then she found out it was there and she apologized but it was a little too late.

Work on your computer booking system. We were forced to rent a much smaller size truck than we wanted because the booking site insisted that was the largest truck currently available at the location we wanted. When we got there, ALL sizes were available. C'mon....moving is hard enough, people!

The truck was very clean and ready however it only had less than 1/4 tank of gas. While I was advised I only need to bring it back/drop-off with 1/4 tank, needing to drive from the pick-up location in PA to NJ, I had to stop for gas before leaving the PA State line, barely 35 miles. This was a relative inconvenience since had the vehicle had a full tank upon pick up I would have been able to drive it completely to my destination location before needing to "top off" the tank for return. Any other time I have rented a car or truck they are always provided with a full tank of gas upon receipt. For this occasion, I had to struggle trying to calculate how much gas to eventually purchase to provide it with the required 1/4 tank.....as such I purchased too much gas and gave the truck upon return with a half tank of gas, 1/4 more than I needed to do, thus providing U-Haul with a free 1/4 tank of gas,

I did not want to pay the $10 insurance coverage but still was told had to, when I put request online I selected no, but lady had me sign. I returned the vehicle during what was suppose to be office hours and no one was available.

The UHaul experience was fine, but the actual pick-up/drop off location needs improvement. When I walked into the establishment the woman greeted me with a not so friendly "What do you want?" (not a "Hello" or "How can I help you") and when I informed her of my intentions she directed me but still not very personable. There was also a dog in the facility, that enjoyed jumping all over me and wanted my constant attention. While I like dogs, I am VERY thankful I left my child in the car with my wife because she has a SEVERE fear of dogs due to being bitten 2 years ago. As a representative of UHaul, I would not have given a 2nd thought to the establishment keeping a dog on premise. I do understand it is a private company that may be contracted with UHaul, but these concerns are enough for us not to return. While I'm sure we will continue renting from UHaul, we will not return to this establishment.

Overall the experience of moving was very cost effective versus using a moving service, under $1,000 or $3-4K. The ability to hire moving personnel to assist loading and unloading was wonderful. After being in one place for over 30 years, please follow the mantra, “ Does it still spark Joy”, if not donate or get rid of it. You'll be happier with less and life will still move forward.

Well you can have other u haul locations NOT harass the customer asking them to drive 5 hours away to drop off the truck / trailer when there's a location 15 min away !!! We received numerous calls and texts that were very rude and unnecessary !!!

Train the woman that does rentals. She's rude, she keeps a dog in her office that customers are forbidden to acknowledge, she is so slow just rude.

Only one person handles the trucks and she (Sue) was not friendly or helpful, it was as if she was doing us a favor. The place was a mess and smoke filed. They also had the millage listed incorrectly which created a problem when I returned the truck. It was corrected, however it was very stressful to be told we went over 450 mileage over the allowed amount, when we were under.

Why would you on such a large trailer have no jack due to the gentleman being older I had to lift the trailer onto my truck by myself which put me in the hospital with a blowen disk after a ambulance ride and a long night of hospital stay which included an mri I'm very disappointed because I couldn't even use my rental due to not being able to stand
