Anthony V.My original reservation was changed less than 24 hours. It was guaranteed. No one called and said a word from here or JD towing which was my scheduled pick up. No email either. Reservation still said JD towing that morning. I was sent out my way and wasted over an hour of time at the very last minute. U-Haul 1800 Customer service was very snippy and irritated on the phone. Tafton location was clean but lots of ice and I nearly fell. Branch was on top of the uhaul truck.
