This location is the best I have ever done business with. However, I don’t appreciate U-haul taking my reservation at one location And then switching me to another This is the Computer Age Stop making promises you can’t keep This is the second time it’s happened to me It would be like me promising to pay you $50 to rent a car dolly But then only paying you $25 Clearly you don’t give a shit about your customer’s inconvenience… So long as YOU get paid Good luck with that
