The mileage was recording incorrectly and I am being over charged for miles I did not use. I am awaiting an adjustment.

OHN CThe u haul app failed for me returning the trailer after hours.
PAUL LShow up on time. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived 15 minutes early. Fortunately the field area manager was waiting in the parking lot with my trailer and was kind enough to process my paperwork while we waited for the location mgr to arrive. He called her at 9am and she eventually arrived at 9:20. Never apologized to either of us for making us wait. I was very appreciative of the field manager for going out of his way to provide service but disappointed with the location rep’s lack of professionalism.
