I've never dropped off a truck and be told I'll do paper work later. Than when I dropped off the 6x12 trailer I was told to move it 3x than I have to unhook it all and I'm disabled. If there going to be a uhaul place they should have help there to take care of your customer. Oh plus left again and told she do the check in later.Sandra J.

As for u haul, I will always use them. However, this location was awful.. Upon arrival the clerk told me her system was down. ok, no big deal drive a couple miles to another location(Marathon up the road) to try to move my reservation. They tried everything however nothing was available due to other reserves. So after a thorough search, an hour drive to the closest trailer. Forget that, the clerk suggested going back to original location and ask them to call and do over the phone. I go back . the clerk explains that really she is new and has not been trained and the owner has the software on his phone, not on location. She tried to call him to no avail. Nice lady on the phone at uhaul handled it all and I got my trailer. This took approx 1.5 hours to get all settled. El Cheapo deserves to lose their uhaul affiliation as they are nowhere near the service i have grown accustomed to with u haul as a company.Bob B.
This drop off and pick up location was recommended by Uhaul. When I got there I had to wait til the store emptied out so he could go out and check the trailer in. As we are walking over to the trailer he says that they don't accept these at this location. Once again this location was recommended by uhaul for a drop off and pick up of something larger. Guy ended up talking to his manager about it and they did accept it. Next vehicle needed some repair. 1 Turn signal out and opposite side brake light out. Return at final destination was super quick.Scott F.
the person there did,nt know how to rent the vech with out call husband or second party on phone took over 30 min. to get the vech . and to return it she said i was upset with her when all i did was ask for a recipet and she said that she could.nt give me one i had to wait till her other person cam in to give me one so sorry to say if you do not know what u are doing you schould not be renting out such a good company like u-haul cause i have rented other locations and no problem but i will say even from all this i still i will stay with u- haul you are good ppl and one place is not going to make it bad for the rest , [however] this place has a problem]PATRICIA M.

Called day before to confirm, they had no record of my order. Said computer is broken, as they have said for over a week. Called customer service and they had all info. Spoke with area manager who found the truck. Picked up truck, cab was dirty and it had no windshield washer fluid. Went back into gas station where I was given a bottle of wi shield washer fluid and told to fill it myself.Joan M.
Clerk was by himself taking care of multiple tasks and customers. Basically had to do most of the process myself. Truck was parked in the grass and covered with grass clippings.Stephen B.

Proprietor did not inspect truck with us, and directed us to the wrong truck. Inside back had trash in the cargo area, and rope left tied to railings. Cab of truck floor very sandy and litter also on floor, including a latex glove. But otherwise competent service. This was actually the third location we visited before we were able to pick up a vehicle for our needs, despite having reserved a truck three days before. We needed a truck at 9 a.m. and did not manage to get one until 1:30 due to lack of communication, poor performance of mobile app, inability to get a person on the phone willing and able to insure we were taken care of. It took 4 phone calls, many minutes on hold and the final person we spoke to was so condescending even after hearing of our difficulties that I was ready to cancel the whole deal. Worst experience with Uhaul we have ever had. The size truck we ended up with was much bigger than original order, and more expensive. No one seemed concerned with our difficulties or inconvenience. Improve the time. It took me less time to use the equipment than the time it took to do the rental paper work, I only need it for less than one hour and it took 45 minutes to get out of the gas station!Mike O.
