They have two locations but the U-Haul site indicated only one which is the one I drove to to pick up the trailer. The trailer was at the other location but there was NO indication on the website that was where I should go. There is a lot you can do to improve! First, truck wasn't where I I had hoped and expected to pick it up, in Shelburne, VT, despite my reservation a while ago, and initially, there also wasn't a dolly available, which I had also reserved quite some time ago -- both were sig issues!! The place I did end up getting the truck in Bolton however, did offer me their own personal dolly and actually helped me with the process of checking in (which was a real pain, given complicated process and fact app kept not working - very frustrating!) even beyond their normal hours, which I very much appreciated! With all that I just mentioned, the resulting inconvenience and frustration, all the expenses that were charged, the not great customer service I encountered more than once...are all reasons I will try to never rent again from your company!!!William Z.

The site was closed for the day when I arrived. As I was attempting to unhook the trailer, came over and took over for me. She said she had returned to the office to something and Charlotte came over because she saw that i was struggling. I offered to pay her for her help but she refused to accept the money. Could not have been better. Staff was at my on the lot ready to help when I parked the U-Haul. I will use again and I recommend it. Ideal if you are coming or going from Burlington or a point north of that.David W.
The rental experience would be rated as a 1 star out of 5. I had to hire a ride to go over 30 miles out of my way, when I did not have a car, to pick up my truck that I rented over 2 months earlier. Uhaul needs to do a better job managing assets for reservations! 30 miles meant I had to pay for my ride, plus pay for an additional 2-3 gallons of gas to drive that distance! The location did give me extra allowed mileage to accommodate the inconvenience, but it is not the same as the extra $50 it cost me above my reserved costs!Howard K.

Pick up facility was very nice. Ginormous inventory. Nice folks. We were redirected there by U-Haul dispatch after our original pickup location was a vacant lot with no trucks. We apparently had a slow leak in the right rear tire of the 10' truck. Dash warning light came on about 500 miles into our trip. We were able to find a gas station that had an airhose and topped it off twice. Since our driving was all interstate, we assume leak had been there.John T.

Found the truck I needed and drove an hour each way to get it and then provided a crew to come pack me all in the same 24 hour period because Allied crew back out of their commitment the same day! We originally requested this location. Despite the many trucks available, the uhaul headquarters placed us at a location that doubled in miles. After talking to many different people and explaining the situation, no one seemed to care or have an explanation. I was able to get in contact directly with the lady in charge of the Waterbury location, who went above and beyond to help us. Uhaul- if you have trucks available, please give your costumers their preferred location. I booked my reservation two weeks in advance and within a day, the headquarters had already switched me to a new location 28 miles out of the way. Big thanks to the wonderful lady at the Waterbury location- she was beyond amazing and made the day of rental experience completely smooth and seamless.Jordan B.

This E&S transport is a tow company/gas station/uhaul dealer with a 2nd location where they keep xtra uhaul trucks approx 12miles away. When I arrived at the gas station to drop it off (the address I was given by uhaul) at 4:15pm I filled up, went inside & was told that I had the wrong business and I had to go to Bolton (2nd location). That location closes at 4:30 so they couldn't check me in when I arrived. I left the truck only to find out afterwards it's the same business & they just didn't want to transport the truck themselves!?! I was charged for the fuel it took to get to the 2nd location, had to pay xtra for the Uber I had follow me around & when I explained my issue with the fuel fee was told because it was more than 30mins after the charge occured they couldn't refund even though they admitted to the mistake. I wouldn't trust these guys with a wrecked car. Steer clear of this scummy tow company!Jean M.

They called me day before saying that I needed to come and pick up the trailer sooner then later because if I didn't it might be gone. It cost me and my boyfriend a half of day of work to have to get out early and then drive 45 mins away to pick up up and then bring it a whole different town. so dissatisfied with UHAL. will never use again and I have been telling everyone about my horrible experience.Melaney M.

I was directed to this drop off location by the usual customer service. This was a 1.5 hour round trip drive. It was no where close to Burlington. There were several Uhaul locations in town, one less than a mile from our location. I was very unhappy about that.Carlton B.

Location was very good, friendly and efficient. However, it was NOT the drop off location that was on the reservation or even confirmed when I picked up the incorrect equipment. I was texted a day into my drive that my drop off location was changed, was told no way to honor reservation and I had to change my schedule to accommodate U-Haul because as your customer service rep said â€œit's your busy timeâ€. Unconcerned about my time and the hour it added. More concerned about your bottom line than your customers. Will never use again.Eileen M.
