The online check in process is a hassle. I won't use it again. It could be that the connection was bad in that area...not sure. It kept dropping the information that i was putting in. It wouldn't load correctly. Took us about 20 minutes to check in.Tami M.

We picked up the truck and it was marked that the truck was full even though it wasn't. We were not walked to the truck to double check. My husband filled the truck a little more then it was and we still got charged because it was marked incorrectly. We will not be going back to a location that takes advantage of their customers.BREANNA R.

While the actual pick up process was fantastic, the reservation process was cumbersome. I was not able to reserve the truck I wanted at the time I wanted. I did not feel that the customer support team on the phone was willing to assist me in locating a truck that would be available for me when I needed it. With all that being said, Griffin was an amazing help at the E Ave U-Haul location. He was very accommodating and even gave me a call when the truck was dropped off so I could come pick up a bit earlier.SAM A.

Everything was ready and waiting. The car dolly was another thing, I had a 9:00 am pick up time and the gate was locked. I finally reached someone who gave me the code to get in. I loaded it to the 26foot truck myself and left no paperwork, contract etc. That guy called me while I was driving home and wanted my card# I booked it on line and provided a card. The thing that sucks is it was only supposed to have been 55.00. He charged my card 90.00 and when it wasn't returned on 1-5-21 I was charged another 50.00. Not good.MICHAEL W.

My reservation was actually made at the U-Haul on Watt Ave. N.Highlands. Then the morning I was suppose to pick up the trailer they didn't have what I needed, so they reserved me one at the Northgate office. The reservation was wrong so they sent me to The El Camino office and they did not have what I needed. Finally the Lincoln office had what I needed. The person there was nice helpful and I would rent from here again, even though it is out of my way. If I had not found your Lincln office I would probably never rent from U-Haul again except in an emergency. I wasted hours on the problem of my reservation.CYNTHIA M.

I was lied to by Griffith, he suggested that he would adjust the mileage rate slightly. Because they had only one 10 foot truck to rent and I would have to make several trips back to Sacramento. It bad enough I had to move the home of a deceased family member but to be hit with this astronomical fee is ridiculous. I took your employee at his word.. .Kandi W.

I was told my trailer would be delivered to the Auburn location. This did not happen. Also, the attendant did not tighten the ball clamp on the trailer during hook-up. I luckily have lots of trailer experience and could tell it was too loose and pulled over. Could have been a dangerous situation.BRADFORD G.
