Tina is really friendly and great to work with. There was one thing that was a bit frustrating, but likely beyond Tina's control. I had reserved 2 furniture dollies in my order, for which I received a confirmation email. But when I arrived on Saturday morning to pick up the truck and dollies, I was informed that they only had 1, so they had been removed from my order and I wasn't being charged. There was one dolly on site, so I got that one, but then I had to drive all over town, finally locating a second one in Roseville. This set my moving schedule back by over an hour, which was frustrating. It would be nice if customers could be notified ahead of time if an item they reserved was actually not available.
