I would give 5 stars but there were wood chips all over the drivers seat because the man who rented it to me decided to blow the debris "out" with a leaf blower from the back door, inwards, instead of simply getting in the vehicle and blowing it outward. Otherwise a seamless and effortless experience.

Employee of facility took a lunch break an hour before closing and refused to provide assistance with a return. Meaning, she sat in the office in a place visible to customers amd refused to come to the door.
