This used to be our go-to location for truck rentals, unfortunately, the customer service has declined. On both pick up and return, during posted business hours, the door was locked a sign posted that said “on site- be back soon”, we waited for 15 min after our scheduled appointment, we were ready to leave when she drove up and parked- no apology. She didn’t check our id, and didn’t have us photograph the vehicle, but after we drove off I received a text to take photos.

NICK ZVan struggled up hills and idling in traffic may need more fluids. Charging a/c port in van cabin did not work. Parking lot needs to be much larger to park van.
