Mellisa MThis used to be our go-to location for truck rentals, unfortunately, the customer service has declined. On both pick up and return, during posted business hours, the door was locked a sign posted that said “on site- be back soon”, we waited for 15 min after our scheduled appointment, we were ready to leave when she drove up and parked- no apology. She didn’t check our id, and didn’t have us photograph the vehicle, but after we drove off I received a text to take photos.
AMY SJust didn't care for the man who was servicing the customers. He wasn't helpful, wasn't nice and wasn't very informative.
