Not much you could do but better parking area as I dropped off u haul via mobile app and couldn’t take a photo of driver side because I was parked next to a wall and also on contract it said 1/4 full but it was well under 1/4 and I have a photo of it but overall good experience

Dolly was not available and I was instructed to drive to Roseville to pick up a Dolly. Also we were asked to drive to a lot down the street to pick up the moving truck away from the office. Adding to this inconvenience, the 24 hour clock was already initiated when we were losing 3 hours just to pick up a Dolly from another location. Once we got to the Roseville location there was a long wait of 5 people ahead of us with only one CSR. Very disappointing and very inconvenient.
Annette MCustomers service did a great job. They were attentive, and hardworking. I appreciate the convenience of having these trailer rentals in Lincoln. Recommend!
Jacob HMy biggest frustration was with the app, well, besides the employee being completely unresponsive and nasty. The app wouldn’t work right. Wouldn’t even photograph the license well. The vehicle was parked about a half block away completely out of site in a different parking lot and there was NO directions to it. Even the key box was in a weird, hard to find location and the lock very difficult to operate. It took us well over an hour while we had paid helpers standing around to finally get the vehicle.
