the associate went out of his way to help us get a trailer rented when we were having issues with payments not working. he stayed after-hours for almost 2 hours to make sure we got things sorted out. 5 stars is unfortunately all i can rate him at, i wish i could give him 6 stars! top shelf service

Truck was really dirty on the inside. The ash tray was full of cigarette butts. The steering was really loose and truck wandered all over the road. The rental center did not have their computer hooked up. They had to manually enter my card information and they could not print a receipt. Very nice employee and owner of company is the only reason I did not hesitate to give my credit card info to them.

It was okay this location was a dispensary also they gave me Blankets that reeked like pot and incense gave me a huge head ache, also I felt like I was miss lead into a two day rental I only needed it for one day they told me It was mandatory I took it for 2days it was only a 3hr drive

Person checking me in did not know how to do it and I was there about 45 minutes and got way behind on my schedule. Same with bringing it back. The software was not working or the attendant did not know what they were doing.

I was double billed for my rental. No one was present when I dropped the truck off despite the door being open and the computer screen on.

Everything went very smoothly until the 'waiting for approval' section of the app. It took at least 20 minutes to be approved. It would be great if the app provided some sort of indicator of how long the expected wait time should be. I didn't know if it should take 30 seconds or 30 minutes. Aside from that, I liked being able to do everything via the app.

A lot of unknown charges after the fact. Of the $213 paid I'm unable to account for $30 of it. I cleaned the truck, filled the fuel gage according to the email confirmation, and returned all pads, dolly, and even left unused boxes packed neatly into the truck.

Office empty except for a dog when I arrived. Attendant came from business next door and advised that he couldn't do anything had to wait for his guy to get back. Unhitched the trailer and waited 10-15 minutes, manager still had not returned. Attendant did his best and tried to get me checked in but "I don't do much Uhaul so I'm not really sure." He did call the manager again who provided guidance over the phone and the attendant gave me the go-ahead to leave, the manager would take care of the paperwork when he returned.

The gentleman staffing the desk was super helpful, kind, courteous, and easy to work with. He did a great job. I was only disappointed in the fact that since I booked via phone with the national service center while making my inquiry & reservation they automatically added SmartMove coverage and he could not remove it upon paying at the location I never requested that.

I had to drop the trl. because I needed my vehicle for something else. There is no jack on these trls. I asked why & the gentleman in charge said that was your policy. I had to use my own car jack and found that very inconvenient. I rent other trls. for other reasons, and all of them have jacks attached. to the hitch. Lee Karsten

My husband dropped the trailer off after hours (which we were told we could do). When I called to make sure all was OK, I was told I owed $148+, which I had already paid on the front end. It was eventually all straightened out, but if I can help it, I will NEVER use Uhaul again.

My order was changed to a different location from what my emailed confirmation had confirmed, I did receive a really unclear text that apparently was supposed to inform me that my pickup location was not what I planned on. Also when I picked up the truck I was told the price was 50cent per mile but when I dropped the truck off on Saturday I was told it's 1$ per mile I was able to pickup a truck at the location I originally scheduled but they only had smaller trucks so I had to make 3 trips instead of one trip so I paid a lot more in mileage

Very Courteous Staff and excellent attention to safety and detail. The uhaul website created many challenges with picking up and dropping off in multiple locations. In my opinion the company should rely more on its people and less on technology:)

He didn't know why I was coming, he said they closed at 6 but I called and had the confirmation email for 7pm pickup. He was talking on his cell phone. Told me I had the wrong location. After all this he said I'll take care of you anyways ... def won utilize this service again.

ANDREW BOLT the person working was horrible. Eating Burger King and not providing good customer service. Also didnt know how to properly hook up the trailer lights and let me take the trailer without the lights working on it. His exact words "good luck and dont get pulled over". The lights did indeed work as I got them to work when I plugged it in myself. The Uhaul business location here itself was good....employee was a bit rough.

Well it was Memorial holiday weekend, so I guess it was not surprising they were closed both Sunday and Monday. The property itself needs desparate repair to parking lot. It is full of holes and ruts. I can't rate the personnel as no one was there given the holiday. However when I called on Sunday to return the trick there was not even a voicemail set up to leave a message. Not very customer friendly in my opinion.
