We originally made our reservation with the location in 11th st in Sioix Falls however, it was changed to the Eastside emporium in E 26 th st which we did not want because the reviews we so were negative. That is exactly why I realized when I went to pick it up the lady was baling and swearing because the could figure out the system. Finally got the truck. I retuned at 11am on Saturday 4/25! I asked if I needed to sign anything and he said no .However when I received the final bill that night the person never checked in that I returned it until after 6pm that night causing another day row at charge if $19.95 + $10 rental fees. I expect this to be credited back ASAP! Totally acceptable and you should cut that ties with that location immediately! I lover the years we have you seven time but never again! Bob

Don’t send customers to a head shop

Person just told me to park uhaul anywhere and was on his phone. After trying to do it myself, I asked for his help, and he acted like he didnt know what he was doing.

The pickup location was very shady. The employee was very rude and was not helpful. The pin on the trailer hook was missing and was replaced with a wire fly swatter Do NOT recommend this location at all!!

The employee was very nice, but the system wasn’t working and there didn’t seem to be a way for them to figure it out. I had to drive to another uhaul location for them to call dispatch and have them call my pickup location to release the truck, causing me to have to drive back there again and be over an hour late picking up my truck. It was a hassle and I was not filled with confidence that my rental details or charges would be correct.
