The location is small and hard to navigate to in a rough neighborhood. A Uhaul location at a quickie mart is very strange and parking is limited. However, Alex and the female worker there were very kind and courteous and more than made up for their small location.

Really nice people, husband and wife team were very helpful and personable. Location isn't in the best part of town but the equipment looked week kept and I was very pleased with my truck rental. Hassle free and definitely made it easier for me to say I will be a returning customer. Thanks

The trailer I rented had bad tires that were dry and 6 years old, and the wheel bearings were loose. Was no where near road ready and not safe

very unprofessional, it took me 2 hours to check out the truck, it took me 1 hour to return the truck. I called customer service to help check out the truck, they tried their best to assist me they stayed on the phone with me util we figured out for a solution.
