I reserved a 10’ truck and wasn’t able to mobile pickup. My reservation was for 9pm. I had to call reservations for them to cancel the 10’ and give me a 15’ truck. I didn’t get the truck until 10pm. I don’t know why the 10’ reservation key wasn’t confirmed for pickup. Was it a company mistake or location mistake?

The process was easy, dropped off virtually. The location/store itself is questionable.

I was scammed . They used the truck after me and billed my card for over 350 dollars . I would never use this location again . Terrible experience so far and I am appealing . Who would do this to a customer and believe they would let it happen?

The attendant was very nice but I was confused by the location and it was in a dangerous area. There is a big sign outside that says “we don’t have u hauls anymore” which was confusing and I think I was maybe the first person to ever use the service. I was also supposed to get 20% off and I don’t think I did. I also requested furniture pads which weren’t in there so I’ll need a refund on that.

Idk, the location is literally is a very underdeveloped neighborhood and there is no personnel -- just dropoff box for keys. It was alright I guess

Just need more staff to assist with check ins and outs returned van at 544 pm. And my receipt say 7:30 pm

We selected an online pickup, it was not straight forward or user friendly, we struggled a lot to get the app to work. The person that was there for support was busy tending to customers so we didn't get much help. I rented a dolly that was supposed to be in the truck but I didn't receive it. In the end we made it but it was stressful. Next time I rather pick it up at a u-haul place where a person can assist.
