I have used this location when I have needed Uhaul services. His location is convenient to my residence and the owner is very friendly and nice to deal with.

Uhaul provided poor communication through out the rental. My pick-up location was changed. Prior to pick-up I received a text that a representative would call me soon. I waited 6 hours and called u-haul. My drop off location was closed prior to 8:45. The hours advertised on the internet indicated late hours. I left more gas than I received and was charged for extra mileage in a recent bill

Mr Edward's was a really nice guy! He stopped what he was doing and immediately processed my U-Haul paperwork. His shop was clean and organized and the U-Haul equipment ready for use. I highly recommend Edward's Automotive for its U-Haul equipment.

Waiting for the on-line approval took an extremely long time. We did not account for that. In the long wait it began to rain on us which made it worse. On the website, if you were waiting on approval and hit "done" , it dropped you out of the process altogether. You had to log in again and start over.

The associate at this location was apologetic for the events that occurred at our pick up. He was unable to rectify the situation, but he did agree that our quote should have been much less and that the pick up location over charged us.

I was billed for 32 extra miles for this rental. I find this unnecessary considering that the pickup location was 16 miles away and the drop off location was 11 miles away. That accounts for 27 miles of the 32 miles. Your method of allowing miles from zip to zip is not realistic and you should refund the charges for at least 27 of these miles.

Having to reserve online only makes it very difficult to know what size truck is available at the pick up location. We needed a truck bigger than 17', but did not have an option.
Overall all, it worked out, even though it was extemely exhausting
