Our original reservation was at your Staunton Junction location at 163 Greenville Ave. We arrived on time for our 1pm reservation. U-Haul had made a $50 guarantee that the truck would be available. When I arrived there was another person in line ahead of me. They were renting a truck as well which surprised me since there was only 1 truck at the store. After making me wait 20 minutes to finish processing the person ahead of me the clerk told me there was no other truck available. When I asked about my reservation he told me the other person had already reserved the truck. The clerk appeared to be mentally challenged. I am not sure if he was mentally handicapped or under the influence. He told me if I needed a truck I should try calling other U haul locations. I have rented from UHaul a number of times over the years. All the other times I have rented from you the people have all been helpful and courteous. My wife looked at online reviews for the 163; Greenville Ave location and the overwhelming majority were negative. You should be embarrassed at the level of service provided at the Staunton Junction location.

The system was down so we waited 45 minutes to even be able to get the truck. This messed up our schedule. Also, the lady may want to take off a lanyard she had on to "STAY SAFE, SHOUT LOUD AND MELT ICE". I support ICE and if their business is partnering with UHAUL, this should not part of what customers have to see.
