I went there around 11:40AM. The doors on the building said they opened at noon but really they open at 10AM but the guy on the phone said he was taking a long lunch break. I had to get on the phone with about 4 different people to get my rental. Huge pain in the behind, took an hour to finally get my truck. Plan ahead if you're trying to rent from this location. There wasn’t a spot to park the uhaul, nobody was they, and parking lot was a challenge as well
Alicia CMade a reservation a month in advance at the location at 9050 NW Prairie View Rd in KCMO. Received a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to my pickup time and was told they didn’t have the size truck I reserved. I was literally in the parking lot at this location when I got the call. I was sent to the Elite Motor Sales in Ferrelview MO as it was the closest location that had the size truck I needed. Needless to say this was really inconvenient and put me behind schedule. The location at Elite Motor Sales is very small with no parking. Further, the truck I was given had cigarette ashes in the seats and smelled like an ashtray.
