My single complaint was that my pickup location was moved from Ithaca, NY to Elmira - a 45 min drive. I was told the Ithaca location did not have any 10’ trucks, even though I made reservation in January. Driving by the Ithaca location on Memorial Day we saw about a dozen 10’ trucks on the Ithaca lot with sign reading rent me. Why was I forced to drive 45 min out of my way? I was very dissatisfied with this forced pickup location change since I had to give up graduation time with my daughter to pickup the truck. What good is a reservation made months in advance if not attainable? The insulate was that trucks were available at The Ithaca location. I even confirmed our reservation a week prior and was told all is okay.
