Location was very easy to find and perform remote drop-off. Check out was very simple and straight forward and the lock-box for the keys was easily located.

Overall the truck was fine but when we opened the back door it smelled like gas, I did call the place I rented it from to let them know, it would have been very inconvenient to swap it out for a different truck so we dealt with it and kept the back open as much as possible throughout the move to let it air out

Stanley GMy single complaint was that my pickup location was moved from Ithaca, NY to Elmira - a 45 min drive. I was told the Ithaca location did not have any 10’ trucks, even though I made reservation in January. Driving by the Ithaca location on Memorial Day we saw about a dozen 10’ trucks on the Ithaca lot with sign reading rent me. Why was I forced to drive 45 min out of my way? I was very dissatisfied with this forced pickup location change since I had to give up graduation time with my daughter to pickup the truck. What good is a reservation made months in advance if not attainable? The insulate was that trucks were available at The Ithaca location. I even confirmed our reservation a week prior and was told all is okay.
