We were a tad bit late on dropping the trailer off. This is the second time we have used this location and neither time have they assisted with helping us unhook the trailer. Never said we were being charged for the few hours we were late or even asked why we were late. Had my bank not notified us we were charged we would not have known!

The location was great the issue was with U-Haul itself

Access to trailer blocked by customers parked car, had to wait for customer to return to location and move car.
Equipment was very old, heavier than other U-Haul trailers of same size, harder to hitch/unhitch when empty. Has poor tire down bars - very inconvenient

The left rear brake light bulb is burned out it worked when I left but is out and the wheel bearings are starting to go bad you can smell the bearing grease or lack of heating up after driving. Just FYI for next person. But overall a great experience as always with this location

The experience I have with this location is exceptional, I have rented from this location several times and always have a great experience. This past rental the equipment supplied to this location was very old and not what I would expect from Uhaul.
