- more comprehensive mechanical and electrical inspections prior rental - remove from the roads trailers with signs of performance issues - offer transloading support for issues caused by U-haul the trailer had electrical issues after I loaded the trailer and before I left home. Called roadside assistance and they thankfully were able to get the trailer fixed. After 4 hours driving the trailer axel failed and completely broke down almost causing an accident. Called roadside assistance and they called a tow truck who took the trailer to other uhaul location for trailer exchange and transload. I asked for help to transload the cargo as many things required 2 people to move them. All employees denied help due to company liabilities and the roadside assistance team tried to make up for that by offering $100 which I declined as I wanted to come clean in here. this is unacceptable. Employees should have helped as this was not my fault in the first place. this added 5.5 hours to my original 16 hours itinerary.

In the middle of nowhere
Sergio fWe were a tad bit late on dropping the trailer off. This is the second time we have used this location and neither time have they assisted with helping us unhook the trailer. Never said we were being charged for the few hours we were late or even asked why we were late. Had my bank not notified us we were charged we would not have known!
