The facility and staff member was nice. The trucked needs to be removed from service. Smelled horribly, hole in the cargo area, transmission sounds like it's dying, and driver's door wouldn't close properly.

Ronald MImprovement: Add signage to the building noting street address and that this was also a U-Haul location. Even a paper one would have helped instead of driving up and down Commerce St. looking for the building number.. Great: Customer service Rep very professional, courteous and explained all the charges. Good directions on how to find the U-Haul truck we had rented and how to identify it. Actual charges for rental arrived promptly in my email.
JUDY R‘Unbelievable’ is the word that comes to mind. This was absolutely the worst experience EVER Uhaul failed to provide me with the equipment I reserved, 26 ft and then nonchalantly offered a 15ft truck and moved my date from my Saturday schedule to Monday! The rep on the phone was completely rude and the attitude was ‘take it or leave it’ she could not have cared less. They offered nothing by way of compensation for my inconvenience or expense for the movers I had to reschedule or my fuel since I had to make two truckloads 2 1/2 hours each way. . I am definitely going to Penske for the next move and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Compile disregard for the customer. UNBELIEVABLE. I will never use them again.

They just handed us keys and was like here go get the box van. They didn't pull it around for us. That is the first time for me that they didn't bring it around.

If anyone at u-haul actually cares to hear about my experience then please call me. 253 880 4774. I won't answer a number I don't recognize so please leave me a message with a call back number or continue to call until I pick up. The way I was treated makes me think I'm not getting a response from.

Michelle DI had to go to three locations for our rental pick up. We were not in the system initially and when I was finally directed to a customer service representative on the phone (after waiting 45 mins), she yelled at me and was extremely disrespectful. I have two screenshots of the locations I had a reservation at (it switched from the initial pickup location when I was at the pickup location). Very disappointed and will likely not use Uhaul again based on the experience with the customer service representative on the phone. The individual at the site location was amazing, however, the fact that our reservation was not kept is extremely disappointing.

Rami OThe person at the counter was very helpful, but she was as frustrated as I was with the UHaul software problems. I reserved the truck online and got a confirmation online. When I logged into 24/7 at the rental location it showed I had no reservations. The woman at the counter was able to pull up my reservation and point out the truck but could not give me the keys because they were in a locked box that I had to access through 24/7. It took the better part of two hours and many phone calls to finally get the keys. It was very frustrating. No one at UHaul seemed able to address the problem.

kevin cWhen I opt to have moving blankets with my rental, please have them available. No one informed me that you were out and though I did appreciate the attempts by the u-haul representative to find some at other locations (also were out), I had to purchase blankets from Goodwill to use to protect my antiques for my move. THAT was totally inexcusable. Also, the original vehicle I was assigned had not been cleaned out and the cargo area was full of trash. Again, the u-haul representative was quick to assign me another vehicle, but it was frustrating to deal with that after dealing with the lack of blanket issue..

Inez PI live in Enumclaw, WA and we have two U-Haul locations I'm what would be considered a frequent flyer by renting U-Haul for moving, helping others move, picking up furniture, dump runs,etc. - I wouldn't do it any other way. I wanted to give a shout out to Vanessa at the Commerce St address in Enumclaw, WA - Love her! Every time I rent from her, i feel it's more than just great customer service. I appreciate the personal side and professionalism so very much - kudos to this amazing woman. Thank you!
