The app didn't work. I spoke with a representative on the phone, who never followed through with the directions she gave me. Therefore, I waited for the storage unit to open. This delayed my moving time.Angelia V.
I absolutely HATE that the gas tank is never simply "Full" when you pick up the vehicle. The guessing game I have to play to restore the fuel to the same level when returning, results in my over-filling almost every time, and spending more money than I need to. Once, I guessed wrong, and was charged a LOT because it was shy on gas. Please FILL THE TANKS TO 'FULL'!!!! That way it is easy for the customer to fill the tank back up and know for sure that we are meeting the requirement in the most economical way possible;e.JAMES ARTHUR S.

I've rented a lot of U-Haul trucks and this one was BY FAR the WORST truck ever!! The transmission was horrible!! It red lined at 3000-4000 rpm just to get out of first. It sounded like it was going to explode on the freeway. And one of the AC vents was broken. The location was great and the gal at the front desk was amazing.Nicholas F.

I returned the uhaul with the same amount of gas it had when I picked it up, but was charged $18.45 in "EZ fuel sales" at $15.52/gallon. I have pics of the fuel gauge when I picked it up and when I dropped it off if you'd like to see them.RAYMOND ANTHONY O.

The reservation system allowed me to schedule a pick up at this location during a time that they were closed for a lunch break. This was rectified by the manager calling me in advance to schedule a modified pick up time.Darryl S.

I made a reservation in person with a very nice lady one day before pickip. When I went there the next day, the man at the desk gave me all kinds of problems stating my debit card was not good due to it being prepaid. I was there for an hour and almost missed my next appt. He asked for somebody I knew to verify my phone number. When my friend did not pick up his phone, he refused to rent to me. It'd be nice if UHAUL makes that that "during" the reservation process. Once I verified a friend's phone number, then he demanded another number. When I started getting upset, he started cursing to himself such as shit, fuck, etc. This was one of my worst exeriences ever and I will never rent from UHAUL again. And I will tell everyone what a crappy service this location is. The lady was nice, but the guy was a total asshole. He tried everything to prevent me from renting a truck and even cursed. I rarely waste my time writing reviews but that guy was a complete assholeMICHAEL HYUNG JI K.

The people helping us were nice, but we booked with Epic on Rainbow and when we got there they said we were at the wrong location. When we received a confirmation call the day before , no one told us our truck was at a different location. Very frustrating!David T.
U-Haul should not advertise a certain size truck if they are not going to have it available at location requested. If are then should give mileage reduction rate or reduce rate of bigger truck fee for i convenience. Just saying.Vincent C.

The process to actually get the trucks is a complete circle. The app just sits on loading screens. Definitely needs some tweaking. Ordered a 19.95 truck w/dolly for $7, but was charged $82 dollars. I will absolutely be disputing that charge. Overall very dissapointing experience.ari B.
