Debra J.The parking area for uhaul equipment is very small and not visible from the entrance. I had to turn around in a very crowded parking lot and enter the very busy roadway to take it to an entrance, all dirt on the opposite side of the building that wasn't visible from the main entrance.

DAVID S.When I picked up the truck it was 3/4 full. I returned the truck 3/4 full. I was charged $93.50 for a fuel charge! I sent in a request to dispute the charge and never received a reply. The interior of the truck was dirty. My advise is to take pictures of everything before leaving the lot.
