No service, Had to drop off all on my own and then I was charged a cleaining fee on a truck that was cleaned.

Mark NCould a checklist be created for what a customer renting a vehicle should do prior to leaving the lot and prior to dropping off the keys? I’m all for an easy process of getting out the door, but this process almost felt unnecessarily aloof. I didn’t feel confident that I had documented everything I should have prior to leaving the lot and again when returning.

Kyle BThe mobile check in is wonky and got messed up. If the truck won't be readily available and visible in the lot to the customer, the system should let the customer know to go inside. We spent several minutes looking for our truck before we went in for help. Turns out, it was in the back. Great customer service from the man inside, though!

Pearly SVehicle was leaking power steering fluid from the start. U-Haul sent one mechanic who misdiagnosed the problem. U-Haul then sent a second mechanic who claimed to have fixed the leaking power steering system. However, partway through my 400+ mile drive, the power steering system failed completely. And it leaked power steering fluid all over the front brakes so now a fully loaded 20-ft moving truck with no power steering, also has brakes so compromised, I had to be towed to my final destination. Then U-Haul has the audacity to charge me an extra day and a refueling fee when they had to tow the vehicle back after I had unloaded. Could not be more furious.

Sharon HI rented a cargo van to pick up cupboards from a warehouse. The van was clean and was completely acceptable. The rental process went without a hitch ... the whole thing took me less than 10 minutes at the counter. Excellent service!
jerald hThe auto check out and check in app is trash, horrible. I showed up to pick up my truck and 3 other families went inside the building and got their and drove off before, i finished using the app.Just horrible. and the turn in process took twice as long.

Matt BThe guys at this location are very helpful and knowledgeable. The cargo van I rented out was well maintained and drove smoothly. I had an issue with the gas gauge not properly working. I put about $40 of gas in the tank, but the gas gauge did not move. I explained this to the representative and he was very understanding and helpful.
Antoinette PDidn't seem to care about my issues with the truck.The truck was not safe! Driver side windshield wiper during torrential rains, did not work and passenger side mirror did not stay in place and had to be adjusted multiple times. Tell the guy at the counter , didn't seem to care much. Been using you haul for 30 years. Probably won't next time!
AltaGracia SI've been renting from you for better part of 30 years. I have rented from you at least 20 times during the 30 year time frame. Never have I been offered a discount. In fact this time around you guys asked me to do you a favor and bring you up a trailer from New Mexico. My time my gas but was told you never give discounts. I was offered an extra day and an extra hundred miles, which I do not need and is pointless. This time my truck was also nonfunctional in the way of windshield wipers and mirrors not working. Which made it extremely difficult being that I was the only person in the vehicle and could not see out of my passenger side window because of it drifting in the wind and driving. Having to stop multiple times to adjust the mirror and order to see. All this during torrential rains, and my driver's side windshield wiper did not work and tried to fly also. Would I do this again for you guys? Absolutely not, not worth my time with no incentive that is usable 👎 A discount on this trip would've been most appropriate. I'll be using a different service next time. I'm done with you guy!

Daniel EA/C was working intermittently. Also, Mileage charge at $1.39 mile is to high for our current economy. The staff were awesome to work with! Very helpful and quick during the check in/Out process. I would use them again for sure.

Daniel HDidn't get the dolly I paid for and no one was there to help me/couldn't get ahold of anyone. Made my move take twice and long. The final price and the price when booking did not match up at all.
Alysa BLocation closed, said I could remote drop off. On my app the find my location did not work. messaged me there was an issue with the app. Dropped off as had to be elsewhere.
Robert PHad to wait a very long time to drop off with only one employee. Then was charged a clean up fee. Not sure for what as we made sure the truck was clean prior to drop off.

CHARLES JPretty good overall but why on earth is there no cruise control?
MONTE KWhen I called to ask the recommended height for the hitch ball, they didn't know. They told me they would need to eyeball it and figure it out when I arrived, recommding I bring multiple attachments.I was trying to determine which hitch attachment to install on my vehicle to match the height the ball needed to be... I was able to find it online eventually.

Chad SHave more room for drop-offs. Drop-offs after hours is a great feature but, parking lots are cabled off and limits parking.

JOHN MBest place to rent a uhaul! Everyone is friendly- equipment always clean- other locations had computer issues regularly. If yiu call they always pick up or call back. Superior customer service: This is my go-to for uhaul rentals!
