Your self checkout sucks. It says select the location, even though it told me I was at the location. Location does not show up in your list of locations. Poor. Presumably I will not be charged $20 because your software does not work.

WiFi password does not work - avoid the online check in and check out as it is very clumsy and takes an incredibly long time to navigate.

Michael Minstall tollway transponders like Ryder rental trucks have. Very convenient with less time in toll booth lines espeially travelling in this heavy tollway area.
Edward CRadio display didn't work entire trip. Not this locations fault. I picked up the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Dropped off with 3/4 tank. Was told it was my loss. Bad policy for Uhaul. Cost me about $60.00

John EStaff at Ext 4 was very good. The U-Haul system was balky, something I ran into while making the reservation. It wasn't the fault of the agent, but of the U-Haul. Corporate needs to fix the on-line reservation system.

HOLLY CPre-load my account name, number, address. It's a tremendous waste of the staff time at Exit 4 and my time when every time I rent we have to start out from scratch. U-Haul corporate needs to better address the needs of its recurring business customers. Thanks.

TIMOTHY AIt took me a long time to return the truck. I kept taking the picture of millage and fuel level but I could not continue the return process. I did get a notification on the app stating the return process was completed. I was not very convinced so I went inside the building and spoke to the employee. She was very friendly and explained that on her end of the computer it showed that the truck was not returned. I tried again on the app but it did not work with the return process. The employee said for me to just leave her the keys and she would take care or the return. She was very accommodating after about twenty minutes trying to return the truck on the app. Very very frustrating!!

WILLIAM CIf there has been a lot of snow clear off the trucks and other equipment. We had only received 3" of snow over the last 3 days but there was over a foot of snow on the truck and the car tow next to the truck was not visible under the snow and had I not tripped over it I probably would have driven over the tongue.
