WILLIAM CWhen the reservation was made the drop off location was to be Michigan City, IN 46360. However, was informed the drop off location was changed by U-Haul to New Buffalo, MI. This drop off location was not approved by me and was not a convenient location Very disappointed with U-Haul and will not be utilizing this company again and will inform all of this procedure.
